Herbert River Cherry Vinegar



Rainforest Heart’s favourite homemade uniquely Australian macerated fruit vinegar. Herbert River Cherry (Antedesma bunis) is a Wet Tropics understorey tree which grows to 10m. Sweet tasting fruit is ripe from Feb to Oct.

Combine with olive oil for a delicious salad dressing, deglaze grilled white meats or mix with soda or sparkling wine for a refreshing drink.
